I'm diving in to the Lego world of 10/22. I have a new boyds evolution stock, extended charging handle, Kidd extractor and Kidd bolt buffer coming from Dlask. Now I'm looking to source out the barrel. Any one have any random bits and pieces they want to sell?

Thanks

Derek

I have a new unfired factory 18.5" barrel if your interested.
Im happy with my tactical solutions barrel.
Question, do you want a target barrel, bull barrel, a ultra light barrel, long or very short barrel?
There are alot of options out there. You sorta need to know what you want and then we can help you out better.

Looking for short and light. I have a vortex sparc incoming. This will be a Grouse and gopher getter. I like the idea of the 12 inch barrel. There is an 8 inch on the EE now. That may be too short and from what I read, Loud. I'm not really into one hole at 50 yards type accuracy. I could never do my part anyway!
Thanks again for any input!

Most bull barrels that are 8" and 12" are heavier than the stock barrel. Volquartsen make a sweet barrel but cost abit.
Dlask make great barrels but are heavy and some have feeding issues.
Ive heard good things about mystic barrels but they too are heavy.
Magnum research makes the lightest barrel @ 13oz and tactical solutions is 15oz. Both are about 16"
I hope you find what youre looking for!
And yes the 8" is loud. Im guessing the 12" would be between 8" and 16" for loudness but I dont know first hand.

An 8inch dlask barrel would look really cool in that stock and would make a nicely balanced plinker.

A .22LR and loud is not something i would say is true. Compared to any centerfire rifle you will shoot a 12.5 or 8 inch barrel will much less noisy than say a .223. While it would be louder than the factory 18.5 inch, its not to the point where its excessive.

If you have the money go aftermarket ( tac-sol , dlask , green mountain .......) if not get a stock one from someone here , I've got one if your desperate . Good luck

from what you listed for parts i can give you a bit of a visual.

here is my Boyd Evolution stock with with a Dlask 8" (and a compensator)
