Catching ejected brass from SKS, SVT, Mosin... something out there?

Wondering if any of these guns has an option out there for catching the ejected brass... save a guy the hassle of chasing after it, hang onto it cleaner, etc

Someone ever rigged up something, or seen a product?
 
I thought brass is pretty damaged after firing from semi auto rifles and is not reloadable. Is it?
As for Mosin, just slow down when pulling bolt back and have a tacticool glove to remove brass manually.

I Know the fluted chambers of an SVT 40 do some pretty narly things to brass, i doubt it's worth the hassle of reloading for them. The sks i haven't found to be particularly hard on them besides throwing them 30 feet away. The mosin i don't see much of a problem with, aside from having to work the bolt like you mean it, bolt actions are usually pretty easy to get the brass from.
 
Since the ejected cartridges from my SKS are steel cartridges and my 54R ammo is copper washed/steel cased, I just bought a cheap extendable mechanics magnet from the hardware store and I bring my kid:) If she wants to shoot, she has to help clean up.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
 
Shoot next to a piece of plywood so all the brass lands in the same spot. Personally, good brass gets the crap chewed out of it in the sks and svt40 so I'm happy with steel cases, I don't load for them too much for that very reason. Catching Mosin brass is no different than any other bolt action rifle.
 
I'm actually thinking of making a collapsible stand to hold a net for when I go to the public range - not so much to catch and save the brass/steel cases, but as a courtesy to the other guys on the line. The SKS can really fling them.

Yeah, the problem with that idea (at least for my SKS) is you would need a net that as like 8 feet by 8 feet, at least. And you'd still not get the ones that go straight-up or the odd one that REALLY flies.

I like to just bring a tarp out to the bushes when I shoot. When we are all done, just grab the four corners and fold it up. Depending on how many people you have, just bring multiple tarps or one really big one.

I actually figure about 6 foot high and 3 feet wide will do it - I don't care about the spent cases flying forward or forward at a 45degree angle, just the odd one that fly directly to the right and bugs the guy on the next shooting bench.
 
they have catcher made for the sks the mosin just pull the bolt back slowly and take the case out I could never find one for the svt since I tend to shoot on public property or on farmland I just set up a tarp
