if im not mistaken irungunz had a post up about a pre-order on them they where doing just the other day.

ive got the 22/45 Lite in the gold and its a real nice gun.
i was looking at these ones with all the holes and found that the reason for all the holes is to keep the barrel cool while shooting it suppressed as there is a lot of heat generated from the suppressor failing to dissipate the gases very fast.

so for us this drilled out version is purely aesthetics.

all three? all three what? there are a lot of different options for the 22/45, especially if you go into dealer exclusives!

I meant the lite version. The 2012, 2013, and 2014 editions. Or better known as the gold, black and now blue finishes.

the black is nice looking.
but the silver one...... im not sold on that one yet.

and as a added bonus whenever i shoot the gold one i wanna play GoldenEye on the N64

also, took a quick look on the EE and saw people asking for 22/45 Lite mags. Google has turned up nothing on 'Lite' specific mags. could someone in the know explain or link to info on this?

I would like to know who has a gold at a dealer in new or gently used condition too. The mag situation is the dimensions are slightly different from the mark 3 ' s. I'm pretty sure it's the base plate not fitting correctly. Don't hold me to that tough. But I know they don't work in each other 100%

I know they have a different mag than the Mark III. perhaps the person mentioning Lite mag's was meaning general purpose 22/45 magazines then.

i havnt seen a gold one for sale since last summer.

that is because I just bought the gold one from EE a few weeks ago. because I couldn't find a black model I wanted. I plan to make a steel challenge 22/45 out of mine.
I already bought a Burris Fastfire II for it. would love to get my hands on some Rim-Edge custom parts for it.
