Who has 10/22 sporters in stock?

Hi, almost ready to put some cash down on a 10/22 Sporter but am having trouble finding one. Any board sponsors have one?

I just scooped one like that at CT in Yorkton, SK for $299+ tax= $330. I sort of collect different new models and variations of 10/22s.

The one on the EE has the checkering on the stock, the ones at CT in YYC are plain birch.

I think the EE example may have been a 'higher end' Sporter sold new 2-3 years ago?

I $hit you not, Canadian tire in moose jaw sask had that rifle in the moose jaw gun show on sale for 259. Why I didn't take it home is beyond me.

I was eye balling EE one but I realized that the price was way too high too. With .22 drying up in my area there's little point. And I just got a new Henry 3 and change. Can I really keep this new gun every 3 weeks schedule up lol

$259....I think that was the price of a carbine back in 1985!

I paid $370 for a 10/22 sporter in 2012. $269 for a standard with the black stock. (plus tax of course). As you know availability can be a problem. 259 for a sporter would have been pretty good. I will say I like my sporter better than my standard.

Well to my surprise my local Canadian Tire has them in stock for $299. The clerk claims they have a standing order with Ruger to replace them as they fly out the door on a regular basis. Didnt walk out the door with it today, but very soon I will be.
