It took me a year to track one down. So i feel your pain. Finally found one in brockville. Brian at gunmart had a few. You could try him. Or try stittsville shooting range. They might have one in the warhouse. hope you find one.good luck

I thought Cabelas had them pop up not that long ago. Pretty sure all the standard blued and stainless models sold in around a day or so. The target models take a little longer to disappear. I think it's a similar story everywhere, not a ton of Ruger stuff coming over the border for the last couple years, when it does trickle over here it gets snapped up. The number of 10/22's and SR9's on shelves say that might be changing, but we'll have to wait and see.

hopefully the price will drop a little, I remember when I first started looking for a new one around a year ago I thought I'd be able to get one for around $700.00 HAHA
still seems like the best bang for your buck at $900-1000

I am also looking for one, there are several target models at Cabelas right now. Not likely going to see the Mini-14 Ranch around for awhile. I have started searching the EE to see what might come up.

Keep an eye on the dealer forums, they'll usually post when they get some. Wolverine had some about a month ago, came and went instantly. As mentioned, IRG is best bet currently.

IRUNGUNS was the only place I could find them... Nice stainless ranch came with 2 20 round mags (pinned to 5 of course!) Only pay gst and shipping was cheap, but have to watch out for current exchange rate.

Irunguns.com (American site) has 20 and 30 rd mags and will pin them for you before importing. I think there might be an added fee for pinning. If you import a gun with extended mags they pin the first one for free, after that it's $10 each I believe. Not sure how fees work for importing mags alone.

Fishing World in Hamilton had a few Mini 14's and a few Mini30's show up a few days ago. They had been back ordered since last November apparently. They were not expecting them to last very long.
