Model 12 Heavy Duck

I'm sure the answer is yes but... Can u shoot 2 3/4" shells in a win model 12 heavy duck? The barrel says 3" and doesn't say "or shorter shells" like the Remington's I'm used too. Feel free to mock only if you answer my question. Lol

In a shotgun you can always shoot shorter than specified on the barrel but not longer .
