Since the Canadian model "F" is chambered in .223 has anyone successfully shot 5.56 ammo? I've done some searching around but have come up empty.
I know that the general rule of thumb is that 5.56 NATO shouldn't be used in a rifle chambered for .223 Rem.
I also know that the .223 label on the F model was due to import restrictions, so I'm not sure if they have actually chambered differently than the US models, A, B, CA etc.
If anyone can chime in on this, it would be appreciated.
