I handled one about a year ago and finally bought one last week. Completely forgot how small these are that I actually laughed when I pulled it out of the package. It's my smallest handgun to date by far! Took it to the range today and not a single jam, accuracy is quite decent too. I can shoot a little better with my GSG but Browning is better quality gun overall. I don't have small hands but it still fits me surprisingly well. After playing with it for a few days now every other gun I have feels like a fat pig :( and the GSG all of a sudden seems about 50% larger than it should be. Did I mention how cute the thing is?! :D

I can post some comparison pics if anyone wants to see.

I just received mine last week and took it to the range today. Awesome fun little gun. I have no problem with the double stack guns that lots of people complain about being too large, but this small gun fit my hand quite comfortably. Shot about 600 rounds through it today, with several kinds of cheap ammo, and had no failures or issues of any kind. Highly recommend this gun. Best 22 pistol I have shot.

I bought one around Christmas last year. An impulse purchase. Felt too toy like to me, so ended up selling it a short time later, without even firing it.

No regrets here, I prefer the feel & weight of my GSG 1911 .22 lr. Too many years of owning full sized 1911's I suppose.

I really like this gun as well...very reliable and light weight. I hesitated buying one due to the retail price ( >$600.00) but I have no regrets. It is compact enough to make it to the range nearly every time I go.
Here is my comparison picture with a full size 1911:

I love my Browning 1911-22. only gripe I have for it is how flimsy the parkerized finish on it is :p

thinking of getting it redone...but, that's a lot of money and the 'finish' doesn't affect performance!

I wouldn't buy a full size 1911 in .22 I already have a GSG, but I like this one because it's the right size for a .22!

between cameras right now, sorry for the crappy cell phone pics

This first pic really shows the size difference the best.

Wow, pretty cool. Had no idea it was so compact compared to a full size. how is the accuracy?

Accuracy is quit reasonable considering the size and small sights. I had no problem putting 10 shots/whole mag into a 4x4 square target at 10m. I only shot it once so far so I expect to get better.
