Likely far too late to save the reputation, but at this point it would be all he can do to stop the investigations and civil suits. Again, everybody, it is only $100 to file suit and easy to represent yourself in these cases. That and if he doesn't show up then the judge will side 100% in your favor if you bring your proof that you paid and didn't receive product.
After that I happen to have contacts in collections so for less than $100 in disbursements can put liens on everything that person owns or has attempted to sell during the specified timeline.
It's only when you bring a lawyer into it (not usually necessary in civil suits) that the costs add up.
Canadian Wholesale Ammo Inc. has been cleared of any wrong doing this afternoon by the (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) as all the allegations made directly or online in forums including Facebook, CGN, were unsubstantiated and no proof could be retained by any of the plaintiffs. CWA apologises for any inconvenience to anyone whom did not receive there products on time and we are working on restructuring our shipping process with other courier services.
Regards
CWA Management
I would definitely trust a business that doesn't understand that "mailing address" does not have to be the same as "warehouse address". Ever hear of renting a postal box?For security reasons we do not list our warehousing address as we do not run a store front and we are implementing a 1800# this week which we be listed online along side our customer service line.
And I'm sure it'll get a lot of calls when it's listed right beside the customer service line, which apparently is listed on a sticky note on your desk, since it's not on your website and you refuse to post it.we are implementing a 1800# this week which we be listed online along side our customer service line.
post the letter from the cowboys with a investigating officer's sign off. We will call the detachment and clear it with the member, if this is correct you may get business back otherwise you may as well go fornicate with an alter ego

I'd also like to add that if the NFA is forced to bring legal action against you to remove their logo, I will personally be donating immediately to help fund their legal costs. You guys are more than a bit ridiculous.
It appears the logo is gone, however the false claims of donating funds to the NFA still appear on the page.
I suspect that https://www.facebook.com/chung.leung.98/about is behind CWA, or at the very least knows who is. If you look at all CWA Facebook posts Chung Leung is always "Liking" since he is from Hong Kong that would explain the lack of basic English and Grammer.
Also the phone number listed in the WHOIS database is a 778 area code which matches the city listed in Chung Leung's profile on Facebook
If you look under Mobile Photos you can see he was at the 2013 Shot Show in Las Vegas, under the company name: Clarice BC Enterprises Inc. if someone can check the registration of this company, perhaps it links back to CWA
