If they want to start gaining that credibility back they're going to have to send someone half of their ammo once they order it, have them pay half once it arrives, send the remainder and then get paid for the rest.

Likely far too late to save the reputation, but at this point it would be all he can do to stop the investigations and civil suits. Again, everybody, it is only $100 to file suit and easy to represent yourself in these cases. That and if he doesn't show up then the judge will side 100% in your favor if you bring your proof that you paid and didn't receive product.
After that I happen to have contacts in collections so for less than $100 in disbursements can put liens on everything that person owns or has attempted to sell during the specified timeline.
It's only when you bring a lawyer into it (not usually necessary in civil suits) that the costs add up.

Go away, build some inventory, change your name, fire the guy that called your potential customers #####es, apologize for all of your various missteps, change your company name, provide more than an email as a contact. Canadian Wholesale Ammo Inc. has been cleared of any wrong doing this afternoon by the (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) as all the allegations made directly or online in forums including Facebook, CGN, were unsubstantiated and no proof could be retained by any of the plaintiffs. CWA apologises for any inconvenience to anyone whom did not receive there products on time and we are working on restructuring our shipping process with other courier services.

I would definitely trust a business that doesn't understand that "mailing address" does not have to be the same as "warehouse address". Ever hear of renting a postal box?

I'd also like to add that if the NFA is forced to bring legal action against you to remove their logo, I will personally be donating immediately to help fund their legal costs. You guys are more than a bit ridiculous.

The names of the owners/directors of the company needs to be outed . When scammers get caught up with , they just change the company name and that's all . There should be a company registration somewhere but my computer skills are lacking .

Haven't found the company registration yet but I have the website whois information (website registration includes names, addresses and telephone numbers).

I suspect that https://www.facebook.com/chung.leung.98/about is behind CWA, or at the very least knows who is. If you look at all CWA Facebook posts Chung Leung is always "Liking" since he is from Hong Kong that would explain the lack of basic English and Grammer.

Also the phone number listed in the WHOIS database is a 778 area code which matches the city listed in Chung Leung's profile on Facebook

If you look under Mobile Photos you can see he was at the 2013 Shot Show in Las Vegas, under the company name: Clarice BC Enterprises Inc. if someone can check the registration of this company, perhaps it links back to CWA
