The carpet bagger returns.

I agree. Doing business over email isn't terribly professional, especially if its the only method of communication. And credit card? I thought it was EMT only...

trying to do some damage control i see... but it's far to late for that.

Likely far too late to save the reputation, but at this point it would be all he can do to stop the investigations and civil suits. Again, everybody, it is only $100 to file suit and easy to represent yourself in these cases. That and if he doesn't show up then the judge will side 100% in your favor if you bring your proof that you paid and didn't receive product.
After that I happen to have contacts in collections so for less than $100 in disbursements can put liens on everything that person owns or has attempted to sell during the specified timeline.
It's only when you bring a lawyer into it (not usually necessary in civil suits) that the costs add up.

Losers. Too chicken to post a phone # or address. I will make it a mission to tell everyone I know to "Stay Far Away from CWA". You bums should be ashamed to call yourself a business.

I suggest those of you who got ripped off, join together and file a suit, that way the cost to file is spread over multiple people, and you can sue for damages also, I think small claims court is up to $25,000 most likely he won't even defend himself, and you will win by default.

Kind of ironic that this picture is still on their webpage.

Seriously ??!!
Really , if you want to maintain even a shred of trust in this community ( which might be impossible by this point ) , quit logging on under yet ANOTHER account with this BS and give a REAL name and contact number for those who have sent you money . Every time you react this way it only adds to the damage you are doing .

i agree with other posters as you are too little too late for any damage limitations
fly the white flag........sort out the mess........move on,learn from the experience
and start again,if you feel you can supply and support canada's shooting industry.

it takes ball$ to start a company and be a success

That how businesses are supposed to sound. I think you'd have burned a lot less bridges if all your posts sounded more like this.

As soon as they say they have something in stock and know they don't, that is fraud. He has done this countless times where he takes your money then says he doesn't have it, yet if you email him from a different email address he'll tell you he does have it in stock. That is fraud and should be at least investigated and charged as such. But for the RCMP to bother with it it needs numerous cases with proof to be worth the crowns effort.

That said, it's only $100 to file suit and sue someone.

Not hard for the RCMP to get proof.. Order 5000 dollars in Ammo, and experience the Fraud for themselves

Why don't you post a phone number that your customers can call?
