Well I have had my NP-34 out twice and well I am pretty impressed overall but the grips were horrible. Just got my new Hogue grips (40.00 shipped) and wow the finger grooves and rubber material completely transformed the feel.

Slid a LED light I had kicking around just love the front rail.

Hope to get out shooting this week.

I like mine a lot but don't want to go with wraparound rubber grips since they would be making it a bit fat. On my old NP34 with out a rail I replaced the grips with plastic SIG228 grips and wish I kept the grips when I sold the gun. :/

hey guys, just received my np34. sights are terribly aligned, poorly painted on, aswell as a loose hammer. i am worried about light primer strikes. i remember reading around that these np34s had a rep for a loose hammer, do you guys know of any way to remedy it? or does it really not matter? thanks again. thinking of picking up a dac394 slide considering they would have sights on them, also havent seen many two tone np34's around ;)

I'm the same way with the finger molds. I got a set of Hogues w/o them from DS Tactical a while back.

randyhub, I got the NP22, but yeah I agree it is a fun gun and accurate.

Tactalkimchi, personally, I would send it back to the vendor of you're having problems like that before I spent money on new parts to fix the problems.

crap, do you guys really suggest sending it back? im not sure how that would work. my grip screws also came totally chewed up and stripped, looks like someone might have returned this one before? i will contact the dealer who i purchased from. @randy, does your hammer have any wiggle or anything?

Take some pics email them first then call and get you short term to the PO. My gun is tight, sites are bang on, I love it! Sorry you got a bad one can you share who it is from? Will at Reliable Gun and Tackle really treated me well.
