Yeah its more of a because I can and its fun sort of thing. I do enjoy the the time it takes to hear the shot ping off the steel though, I can usually string 3 rounds and hear each one ping off the steel at that range which is pretty amusing.

It's a very tempting build project, I'll admit. At the moment, my $$ is all going down the milsurp rabbit hole, so dumping $1G + just to get started on a .22LR benchrest rig is a no go.
One day. Probably the day the gub'mint f@cks up and actually giuves me the tax refund I should get, instead of the one they spend 5 months justifying why they're denying 100% legal and legitimate claims that they know will cost me too much in legal and accounting fees to get.
