I have a Browning 1885 in 223 cal. which came with original Browning bases and rings. The rings are medium
The problem I am having is that when sighting in at 100 yds I have used the full elevation adjustment on the scope and am not where I want to be
Right now using full elevation I am just below center , I would like to be about 2" above center and not have to use full elevation on the scope
The scope is a Vortex Crossfire II 4x12X40 AO with 50 MOA adjustment on the vertical axis
I have heard that this is a fairly common problem
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks
