I had to hear it one more time before I make my decision. I guess I'll be buying a new safe as mine only holds handguns.
 
You know I have 3 Armalite AR10B rifles that take the M14 based mag. These gen2 mags are decent quality and work in all 3 of my AR10 rifles. They were $52 each but are $60 or so now.

I also have 3 AR308 rifles using the DPMS/SR25/pmag system. I have 1 mag, a $130 KAC that works in all 3. Pmags are hard to find in 308 and are often in the $40 range. Also like the AR15 some rifles like Gen2 pmag while others are good with gen3. The universal AR308 mag doesn't seem to be as universal as some would have us believe.

I'm glad Armalite has a model that takes the pmag but honestly I think I'm glad mine don't. As my mags actually work in all my Armalite rifles. I can't say the same with the pmag using rifles.

Now I just need a super sale on the gen2 M14 based mags!

Pmags are around $25 to $30. Not $40.
