Nice piece! Always admired them and the Automag's. Mind if i ask approximately what it set you back? Can't wait to hear how it shoots!

as for the .476.when it comes to this pistol you cant really pick and choose. they are pretty rare if you see it buy it no matter what cal it is. it can always be converted later if u could find the conversion.
I traded 5 guns to get this beast.no money was exchanged. the total would have been about $1700 cash. that's a pretty good deal considering it came with a second mag that is worth over $100 and a box of ammo.

That is a beauty. One of my three favorites big bore semi autos. That, Automag and the LAR grizzly.
Actually the Automag was in Sudden Impact - a beautiful 8" model.
A Wildey 475 was on EE not too long ago but it needed repair (some welding actually). The 45 win mag (ammo and brass) is rare in Canada, but no where near as rare as the 475. If you don't have access to a stock of 475 brass and bullets, you are far better off with it in 45 win mag.

the desert eagle and the wildey are the only two gas operated pistols out there so I think that makes them a little more unique then the other big guns. the only other big auto gun I would be interested in is the automag that fired the .30 carbine rounds. that would be pretty interesting.
the thing about ammo is Winchester still makes .45WM but no one here stocks it or can seem to even order it. like what the hell? its Winchester X not some off brand of ammo and you cant order it?.
at least we will find out how many reloads I can get out of these 20 rounds.

Welcome to the brotherhood. I have the 10in Survivor and it is a handful. Parts can be a bit of a bear to locate but there are some vendors in the US that still carry them.
I assume u have a manual bit if not it is avbl. Brass for the 45WinMag is also avbl.
