New 10/22 stock any dealers looking at bringing these in?

You still can't buy a Boyd's TactiCool and it's only $99 and according to them that is because it is ITAR regulated and they are not able to export it, period. So yes, some stocks are ITAR regulated and I think I just proved you wrong.
Once again even ITAR regulated items can be exported if the manufacturer has the export license. Obviously Boyd's doesn't think Canada is a big enough market to warrant getting the license.

Yet they got the licences for all their other stocks but just not the "Tactical" one, the one that would probably sell the most in Canada. Right!

Just spoke with Michael he has changed the name of the stock. He really would like Canadians the opportunity to enjoy his product. Pretty cool I think.

A lot more stuff than you. When the stock is available I'll drive down and get it. Then you'll all be jealous that I have one and you don't. Lol.

I didn't say anything about driving down and trying to sneak it out of the US. Try shipping it please and post us the shipping time and all the paperwork you had to fill out please. I didnt say you can get it. I just said its silly hard and takes alot of paperwork and phone calls/emails.

ITAR and BATF have a registry of specific products that they have deemed unexportable... the Boyd's Tacticool is one of those items... there are hundreds in Canada because Boyd's shipped them for quite a while BEFORE the were banned for export. It is now illegal for them to leave the country... including being removed by private citizens... if you drive across the border to bring one back you will be breaking the law and subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

It is NOT "silly hard" it is impossible, unless you find someone to break the law for you...

No amount of paperwork and phone calls will change the status from "unexportable" to "exportable."

Until ITAR reverses their decision on a listed item, it is illegal for it to cross a US border.

carsmovies - If you have something shipped to a US address, and drive down to pick it up, you are the exporter.

Are you a licenced US exporter?

If not, you are violating US federal law.
