Does anyone know of any good places to go? I've been up Sylvester a bit - its decent when the weather is bad but between the off-roaders and shooters there are way too many people up there.

Any lesser known spots? Feel free to message me to reduce advertising your favourite spot - I promise it'll be just me and my Dad!

I understand ranges are ideal - I plan on joining one in January when my wedding isn't taking up all my funds. By then it will be a wife taking up all my funds.

Edit: I drive a small car (Yaris) I don't mind a bit of a drive, but the car can't handle much on a forestry road. I've taken it to Sylvester and that was rough enough!

There's some newer cuts up toward Chehalis Lake.
Drive approx 18km up, there's a good spot on the right that offers 400 yards. I believe it's 18km.
 
Yes, it's approx half way to the lake. You'll see new cuts all over the place.

On your map, approx center of page, the big zig-zag after the bridge. Iirc, the firing line was just past the zag ;).
If you drive up there, I guarantee you'll find places to shoot. Much less crowded than Sylvester.

The map picture is old and doesn't show all the cuts.
