Looking for a rotating sling stud setup

Hi, is there such thing as a permanantly installed rotating front sling stud for a rifle?

I tried to google it but I must be using the wrong words or something because I could'nt find anything.

Also, I have access to a lot of tools so any idea on how to make one would be appreciated to.

Nice, I would have never found that in google.

Now here is the follow up question, how do you install them on the stock? drill the hole one size smaller, press and glue in the hole??

Thats what I did, though they have a small hole at the tip so you could maybe also install a small crew, but at that point the hole is getting pretty long and may have issues with the front swivel.

You can get cups and loops that are better than Mikes made by Grovtec. They make cups that are threaded on the outside, drill and tap the holes, cover with epoxy and then use a hex wrench to turn it down to the correct height.
