Chiappa M1 Carbines in 9mm!!!!!!! Non Restricted

Are they actually gas action?

I have to agree. The plastic sites, lug, and band leave a lot to be desired on the .22s.

I've handled the .22 versions and they are on the cheap side. If you are buying in .22 I'd say they are a novelty and you can easily get better quality in a more traditional .22 semi

OTOH, when it comes to 9mm, $400 is a whole lot less than $1100+ for something like a CX4

Who cares if its plastic? Its a plinker toy. They even use plastic for wear parts on heavy equipment these days. Brownells has a reproduction steel rear sight that works and the front sight/bayo lug can be replaced with a USGI part. These little rifles are really fun. I love my M1-22.

I bought a Just right Carbine $1040 after optics, "good gun" BUT I can get the Chappy "non restricted as well" for $399.................good deal if you want 10 rounds and NO restrictions, I'm in.

I'm so on the fence, I really want one, price seems great, but if it was .38 or .357 i'd buy it instantly.

That would be an instant, day one buy for me. The magazine would even keep similar dimensions to the real M1 mag. It would be so perfect. Chiappa, I hope you are somehow listening.

.40 S&W or .45 ACP would be an excellent camp carbine! I hope they bring them out at some point! I really want a pistol carbine, but the Thureon is over $1200 with taxes and shipping! This would be perfect if offered in the more powerful rounds!

The sights are metal and the trigger guard/bayo lug/barrel band are polymer.

I just added more wood stock ones. They will be here early next week and you won't be billed until they are here and ready to ship.

As new ones come in the price will be more...the wood ones are now $509.95. The initial batch was ordered at the pre $$ going to crap pricing.
