stock 2 xtreme vs new kid..strike one 9mm

FRT lists the barrel length of that colorful piece of tupperware at 128mm

From the IPSC production list...
ARSENAL FIREARMS Strike One Combat
(Full size model not approved unless original factory supplied barrel length is 127mm or less)

So why the comparison?

Mag base pads must be made in sane factory with tanfo. Mag release is a tad harder to get at than i would prefer. Fit and finish is great.gun is tight. Magwell is huge. Low in the hand like a steyr...trigger Is light but long.

exactly, I had the same question to the factory ..... they never answered...
having 2 revisions on the design, getting reviews from military and sportsmen, they still made it too long.....

Ahh poop. Both italian guns? Lol. Gonna be a 3gun pistol.
Glock vs the strike one might be a better comparison...

what glock would be comparible to this, a G34? I have yet to fire it, although it fits nicely. I think the recoil spring is WAY to strong....and it appears captive,..so possibly a G34 light unit would work.

works good...trigger is decent. I am not used to the trigger and found myself pressing to the left a bit...causing it to drift a bit. Accurate enough,..tried 124gr BDX, 147gr Fed Hydrashok, 147gr Speer loaded BDX, and handloaded 147gr Campro. All worked well. one malfunction. I notice a couple of times the extractor did not hold the last round casing...and eject it...just left it in the breach on top of the mag....

shot pretty flat with everything....point of impact is low, ie: you cover the front sight on what you want to shoot.

I was able to shoot it as fast as my shadow. Long trigger pull is mostly pre-travel and reset is reasonably short to not cause any issues and yeah, it does shoot flat. Though it doesn't like my 147gr Zero JHPs load - bullets sometimes getting stuck at the feeding ramp, but that may have something to do with the OAL...

what holster do you have for it? I got the one from Interammo,..the Level 2 drop leg holster.
