I hate to be "That guy," but unless you live on a gun range, having an AR-15 out in the garden is probably not kosher.
I'm not slamming you or anything, it's just paper laws, but you might want to rethink having that picture up on the net.

On another note, nice rig, I bet it's a lot of fun.

Is there something you can quote that specifically says so?

Short answer, no, I'm too lazy to find the actual documentation, but I'm pretty sure the average Joe cannot legally go for a stroll in the garden with a restricted firearm. My understanding was that things like using or even cleaning restricted firearms outside the home was not okay.

By all means, if I am wrong, correct me, I would love to be able to go around the farm with a restricted firearm, but I'm pretty darn sure I can't.

Nice pic Runningfool! Looks sweet!

This is what I envision when my wife is going on and on about all the hard work she's been doing in the garden

OP, if you're still having troubles with the pics send them to me and I'll host them until you can figure out how. You know my email ;).

You can't prove in this pic that any laws were broken.

Was this pic taken in the range garden that his wife planted those flowers in (which since she cares for them would be fair to call it 'her bed')?

Does his house have a solarium or greenhouse that is directly connected to the dwelling?

A single picture doesn't prove wrongdoing.

Thanks for the compliment, it is a lot of fun. And thanks I guess for the warning. Honestly, I don't know how we've gotten so paranoid as to worry about a picture like that on the net. I know that we feel unfairly targeted by LEO's sometimes but I've no doubt this falls squarely under the category of "they've got more important things to do".

I am worried though....worried one of my shooting buddies will tell the wife that I posted a picture, described as her tulips on my gun. That, good sir, is the only risky thing about that picture or this thread! :D

Don't get me wrong man, I'm not out to get the OP, I just don't want the RCMP to get him in trouble.

I did mention a range, but I neglected the possibility of a solarium/massive greenhouse with lawn, my bad.
