Yeah there is no way i limp wrist. I shoot a 500 smith so i know how to hold on. I'm thinking its the firing pin channel. But i will switch ammunition as well
Just saw the other post regarding FTF and FTE
Start with your mags, I've never used KCI mags but I've heard mixed reviews. Swap out to factory glock mags.
Run your ammo through it. If your still having problems swap out to factory brass cases ammo. I've used everything from Winchester white box to frangible and all runs perfectly in my G22.
I had a G17 years ago and was having light primer strikes and after swapping out the firing pin spring all was good.
Check your recoil spring by bringing the pistol about 1/8th inch out of battery. If the recoils spring does not bring the pistol back into battery from the 1/8th position swap it out for factory new or maybe a higher spring.
As for the firing pin channel , I've seen glocks which were so poorly maintained to just couldn't believe the crap that was in the one place which should be clean enough to eat off. I'm not saying your not looking after your pistol, but the channel needs to be extremely clean and dry.
When dissembled take your slide and pull the firing pin lug to the rear until you hear the click. Shake your slide forwards and backwards and you should hear your firing pin moving freely inside the channel. If you don't there could be crap in there. Now with the firing pin set behind the trigger safety tilt your slide nose down and depress the trigger safety button and your firing pin should drop through the breach face without issue which should be clearly visible.
Let me know if your still having issues.
