Will TreelineM14 make good?

Anybody ever had any trouble with treelineM14? Last week I placed an order with treeline for a Sadlak spring guide, a stock metal set for my new boyds stock and a stock liner tool. Package came yesterday but instead of what I ordered, inside was just a USGI nylon sling and a castle nut. I've sent them an email and I'm waiting to hear back, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this with treeline and how likely are they to make good on their mistake? The shipping label on the outside correctly listed what I ordered but the package itself in no way was big enough to fit what I had ordered.
 
I am 100% confident Randy will take care of you, sounds like an honest mistake.

Something to watch for though when using Treelines website...

My Canadian postal code & address was causing an error with their website on my last purchase.
Each time I was clicking Place Order, I was getting the error, but the order was actually going through, and billing my CC. So I had 5x extra charges on my CC.

Emailed Randy, and he reversed the charges right away.

Treeline is a standup outfit.

I ordered a used usgi piston from them a few months ago. It came with a big burr in it. I emailed him a picture of it and within a few hours a new one was in the mail to me at no cost. International shipping was no problem. I continue to order all my kit through them when possible.
 
Treeline was awesome when I needed a new stock insert and some stock bits and pieces. I did notice that once my package hit the LA airport it stayed there for the better part of a week.....could be the same reason for your delay.
 
Well I heard back from Randy, seems like a pretty decent guy. He immediately acknowledged his mistake and says he's shipped my proper order out on Monday. He'll see about getting canada post to send me a label to send the stuff I received back to him. That's exactly how I preferred it go down. If I had to wait for the label and send the stuff back before he shipped my order back out id be waiting a month before I could get my new stock on the m14. It's not over yet but I am pleased to deal with someone who doesn't cause me any unnecessary grief when things go pear shaped.
 
We love Randy S at TreelineM14, he ships to us and he is most honest and quick about sorting things out! Glad it worked for you. Thanks for getting back to us while letting us know how things turned out. :D

Package arrived yesterday, everything I ordered was inside and I'm a very happy camper again. No mention from Randy what im to do with the other stuff he sent me or if I'm keeping it. Either way I like the way he does business and will definitely be spending more money at TreelineM14 again in the near future.
