So does someone stock the rebel 17 in Canada? No way I'm buying it from the ups guy when he shows up to sell me an item I already paid for (of course he gives me a discount, I generally only have to pay 50 percent or so of retail with him...of course I've already paid retail to the guy who sent it ups...ugh)

Very interested if I can get this in Canada already though

And I thought I was the only one who have experienced UPS robbery when having an item shipped to Canada with their processing fees etc. they are the only ones I know who can take a $20 item and add in $40 in fees. However if it's shipping within the US they are great - it's the cross border stuff :(
 
First, wing nuts you should find at gone depot or Lowe's

Second, ups is a bunch of crap. I refuse to support them in any way, ever. I bought some welding gear from the states and it cost me 193, they tried to charge me 70 bucks on top of shipping charges, even though they have an agreement with the retailer for ten bucks flat rate brokerage to Canada for orders under 200. After two hours on the phone they finally released it for ten bucks plus tax...idiots.

Then a bought something else for 95 bucks and they tried to charge me 58 on top of shipping. I told the guy he could shove the package up his ass and slammed the door in his face, promptly calling ups to give them a piece of my mind. Freaking idiots. I'd love to organize a boycott of those pricks. Same damn package came through usps and there were ZERO charges, mo duty no tax no brokerage....what a bunch of crooks.

If a Canadian vendor says they ship ups only, I move on to another vendor I refuse to allow anything to be delivered to me via UPS if I'm paying the shipping charges.

On another note....Amy idea on the rebel 17?
 
The Rebel 17 not available in Canada yet I believe.. I received mine recently from STM for &293.28 U.S. plus $47 tax etc.. very well built
