We have been hounded by M-305 owners for a threading profile that can be done to convert it from metric to the much more common 1/2"-28 to allow a wider range of muzzle brakes/flash hiders. So, we took our own test gun out, dusted her off and let 'er rip on the lathe to see if we would be happy with the result.

And that result is.... that we can now do this to any length barrel M-305 without removing anything from the overall length of it !

Total cost is for turning, threading and re-crowning of your M-305 is $95. Another unique firearm service brought to you only by Dlask Arms Corp.

See pictures below of the M-305 with some of our different muzzle brakes/flash hiders..

Bless you!!! Will be in contact soon for quote on shipping to & from as well as time requirements/ scheduling :) Does re-threading create any weakness issues? Also if a person sent the rifle along with a flash hider/brake from another manufacturer (with 1/2"-28 thread of course), would you fellas put it on & time it for the same price?

Ok I get that. So this process just re-works the original threading without actually removing any barrel length then? If so it brings me back to the strength/structural question.

There are no issuse whatsoever with strength. We have measured the wall thickness after threading and it is more than sufficient.

We do not charge extra to cut a barrel down when doing this mod.

We do not charge extra to install a muzzle device unless it needs to be timed. That is a $30 charge due to the time it takes to get it right.
