Wish I could say the same. Not even a Norinco deserves that get-up. But I never was one for rails on a 1911. JMO.

Cool! It's like someone took the one thing about 2011s that made them not run - the double stack capacity - and deleted it, without having to #### around with the external dimensions.

Totally makes me think though...would it be possible to come out with a single stack 2011, like for carry purposes where you want a thin, flat gun? And as a bonus, if it ran better than a double stack 2011...I mean win-win or what?

Mark my words...if someone figures out how to do a purpose-built single stack version of a 2011, with a nice narrow profile, they are going to make a god damn mint. Even if it doesn't have a rail or whatever on the front. But maybe eventually they could even do a railed model.

Jesus, someone's going to make a fortune off that idea. I shouldn't have posted it on the internet like this.
