Brakes/Comps-Which is the end all, be all??

Oneshot and CTC Supplies both carry the Lantac. I just got mine from Oneshot. I just switched out my PWS FSC556 for the Lantac. Might get it out tomorrow to see how it runs. Just wanted to try something different. After trying dickproenekke's surefire, I really wanted one but couldn't find one so I grabbed the Lantac. See how it compares.

+1 for Surefire

yup. love it.
wanted a dragon, but i'm a SF wh*re and had to try one out.
very happy that I did.
first time out with it we had another xcr out with just a standard a2. the difference was very noticeable. double taps were much easier with the SF

Thanks.

Schecter 81, I'd be interested in hearing what your observations are once you get back

I've tried maybe 4-5 over the years, personally very happy with the JP (not the large open one, just the regular one that blends with the barrel)

That's the one I use as well. The JP/Cooley. The Stag 3G factory brake was over-compensating.

I'm looking for something for my non-restricted Benelli MR-1.

Main priority is flash reduction. I do not want it to be louder or more concussive if possible.

I would also like it to be as short in length and narrow in diameter as possible.

The dirt cheap A2 compensator/flash suppressor is your best bet then. VUURWAPEN BLOG did a comparison test and found the A2 to one of the best all around performers across all categories. Never the best, but it always struck the middle ground without giving much up.
