Anyone buy a CSA VZ58 in FDE? Any word on Fit, finish, function?

The coloured CSA VZ58 in FDE is relatively new, wondering if anyone has purchased one and can attest to it's fit, FDE finish and the most important - it's function. We've read about issues with these rifles, just wondering if these new batches have all the bugs worked out.

I picked up a CSA VZ58 but it Is not FDE... Runs like butter... 800 rounds through it at least in 4 months. Not one issue.

What barrel length do you have?

Have a 18.5 csa in 7.62x39 and. 11.8 csa is 223. No problems with either.

It's the tactical name for light brown.

Flat Dark Earth, the coloured receivers of the new CSA VZ's in stock. As pictured in the first post, instead of the traditional black. I would like to know how the coating looks on these, from someone who purchased one.

Should be the exact same as your standard CSA rifle, but with armacoat on top.

Green color is gooder (yes, gooder). More suited for our outdoors. I would consider a green one.

ODG would probably fly off the shelves... I have swapped a lot of black furniture for ODG Magpul stuff.
