Colt Canada Rifles a Limited Run?

I Have a feeling "limited run" is marketing for "Well see how these sell, if they do poorly well stop, if they do well we will continue".

That way, if they choose to stop, they can say "Hey, we said it was a limited run", and if they sell well, they can come back as say "do to popularity we will continue production".
 
I don't think they are worth it IMHO....
You can get Colt 6920 from IRUNGUNS for under $1k yet these are over $2k....no thanks.

My thoughts as well. I think there is potential to sell lots of them , but not at the current prices.
 
Yeah, CGN has already produced 10+ pages of debate over pricing.

I'm curious about whether anyone has any word from Colt Canada, official or otherwise, about the numbers of these being put into circulation.

Lots of dealers have them, but does anyone know in what kind of volumes?
 
Mehh I think they mean there selling this first batch as a "special edition" without h a premium and there later offering will be more affordable.
 
I heard 2500 and 2500 as well with 5 models available by fall.

Hopefully an SBR (well, 11.6 anyway) is in the works for then...

One of the retailers on here originally stated 200 of each, I almost bought one of each, and the next day they changed the number.
I also heard 500 from another retailer, now it's 2500, next it will be 5000
