James River Armory M1 Carbines and M14F Rifles Available Now!

rock ola was a jukebox manufacturer in the 40's they made m1 carbines for the war effort just like Inland (GM), IBM, and many other companies, not sure why JRA chose to use Rock Ola for the m14, but it works well for the m1 carbine. JRA could always just use "JRA" for their m14s but I spose it really does not matter, from what I hear the quality of their receivers and bolts are excellent, they are now making barrels, so time will tell on how they turn out.

Thanks for the information! Can their M21 with integrated mount still be had? Or is that long gone?

I missed the boat on the M1 Carbines... when are you guys expecting the next shipment? Also would JRA consider doing a M1A1 Para model in the future?

So do the m1 carbines have a restricted length barrel?

Nope. 18.6" newly manufactured Criterion.
Mine I just sold would hold between 1.5-2" for five shots @ 100yds off a solid rest...no Bull####.
To me it's a no-brainer after seeing some of the old heaps on the EE for up to 1000$.
A full USGI spec with a brand new forged receiver and Criterion barrel with beautiful new black walnut stock for 1500$ is a solid value.
Shameless plug for JRA here.

I want a carbine. I suspect I'll go for the m14 one day too. I have to sell my norc due to realities of today but I very much enjoyed it.

I just won't buy a norc at today's price for them and still have to toss a few hundred more into making it right while still having a crude ugly old norc with a finish rivalling a 1943 mosin lol

I am looking for a James River Armory M1 as well, thought about the A O but to many bad reviews. If you have or can let me know when the JRA are in or coming I would pay a deposit
