Very delayed emails

I placed an order yesterday afternoon, and the confirmation only came today. The odd part was that the message was time stamped yesterday, indicating that's when it was generated by the sales system...but it was delayed until much later.

This happened with my last order, too - it took over a day for the confirmation to arrive.

It's likely related to the mail server that sends these out being on several SMTP blacklists - http://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a208.113.225.183.

me not getting an email regarding payment to complete this order???
Others have already received there SKS's...

I know they said on an earlier thread (or maybe it was facebook) that Hotmail was auto-blocking some of their e-mails so that MIGHT be your issue?
 
Related issue. I've misplaced my order number paper (printout) & have not received a confirmation email yet. Order was placed Sunday the 19th & processed (and my CC billed) on Tuesday the 21'st. What's the best way to track my order?

It should show up in your website profile - my previous orders do.
 
I placed an order last Saturday for the SKS combo, and still haven't heard anything back about making an EMT payment. I sent and email inquiry on Tuesday in case I missed something, but it looks like the problem is at their end, I guess thats good?...except for the whole missing out on the deal thing :(
