reamer grinding , resharpening .

I emailed a company in western Canada about making custom reamers, they would start about $500. Only send it to PTG if you want it screwed up and not to the drawing. Stick with Manson or JGS for quality work. Woops! did I say that? Just telling the truth.

I'm probably going to hell , but I rigged something up with a milling machine table , a die grinder , a stone that seemed to be decent quality , a bunch of heavy zip ties and a dividing attachment with a 3 jaw chuck .

I was going to take a picture , but I'm sure someone would take offense .

I ended up taking about 4 thou off the inside flank and it cuts just like a new reamer .

I don't think it would be all that hard to build something , might be pricey , but I don't think it would be difficult .

I bet I could rig something up on my cnc lathe to do
It , be nice to have blueprints of the chamber dementions

Much easier to mail it to PTG, etc to sharpen it.

if its a PTG reamer it is much easier to throw it out and spend your $ on a quality reamer

x2 PTG should really call them self's pacific tool and garbage.

Ptg has given me grief in the past but the last few reamers I got as of lately work good so maybe they caught on to something and sorted it out.
