So, it fires as the safety is moved into the safe position? Or it will fire once it is put on safe by pulling the trigger? My first instinct is it sounds like something is hanging up where it shouldn't be and actuating the safety is somehow jarring it loose. As said could be the sear engagement, first or second stage adjustments out of wack maybe? I'd check the trigger group to make sure the first and second stage trigger adjustments were correct and I'm not too familiar with the gun, but I'd take it apart as far as I was comfortable with and try to run the action components in hand to see if I can see anything odd.
But I'm not really a patient guy and sending it in somewhere would be a last resort, I relate diagnosing and fixing issues on my own to doing puzzles. It's a brain exercise to comprehend the engineering sometimes bu in the end you know your rifle that much better.
Most important is to aquire/possess a solid understanding of how it's all supposed to function together.
Then identify why exactly it is not functioning properly.
Figure out what is necessary to make it do what it should again... Execute.
