same kind of question here, I check RCMP web and can see the license number online but the real PAL/RPAL are on the way, can I buy it now?

No problem, you can purchase and pay now, that makes you the legal owner. When you supply us with your restricted PAL number we transfer and then you can take possession.

Probable yes, we don't have to see your PAL, you provide us with the number and we apply for the transfer. If your PAL # is incorrect or the PAL not valid the transfer is refused. We do not ship until the transfer is approved.
