Hello all,

Just looking for a wee bit of clarification, USGI m14 stocks wood or synthetic are legal to ship to Canada from the US right? is there any special permits n such needed as long as the value is under $500 USD right?

any info is greatly appreciated.

Had no trouble shipping mine from Boyd's a few years back. No permits - just had to keep it under the max $$$ Boyd's allowed for shipments to Canada.

I had one make it and one get seized within last 6 mths. US seller of seized one got a really nasty letter from US Govt for his efforts and I lost my money. You pays your money you takes your chances.....

It's like playing roulette if not going through the proper channels. I bought 4 from Fred's and he will not ship to canada, so I shipped them to my Cali address. I went down for vacation and brought back with them in my luggage, got to Calgary and my luggage never showed up hmmmm. Talk to west jet, they'll UPS it when/if it shows. A day later it showed up at my door, when I opened it up there was a letter on top stating my bag was searched and checked by home land security. I dug through and to my surprise the 4 USGI stocks, a 54 dated LMR garand barrel, and the 1911a1 Ithaca slide were all still in there. Suppose I got lucky.
