I was cruising the American gun forums ( they have a few) and read that there was supposedly 5,000 Garands inbound to Canada this month. Has anyone else heard of this? Korean surplus? Importer? Or is this just another rumour of wishful thinking. Would they be sold here or parted out to places untold?

Are these the same unicorns that will make CFOs fall into line and bring us pigs that are all bacon and cows that are all prime rib and gravy??

Maybe they are the unicorns that are bringing the thousands and thousands of cheap .303 Brit surp ammo from it's mythical hiding hole...

If anyone is bringing them in, it will be Marstar or Tradex.

Send an email off to them and see what they say.

There is a good possibility that if they do come in, they will be broken down to bare receivers which will stay in Canada and the parts will go to the US.

Garands have been poping up in small lots with European wholesalers, prices are not the best. Most were in groups of 40 rifles mostly Berreta made some in 308

What! Unicorns! I want one of those as well! And if they are bringing the Garands maybe they can bring back the original chocolate milkshakes that McDonalds used to sell.

Don't forget the original cherry pies that were deep fried and the outside was all blistered.

Unicorns are real, if you drive through Massey ON you will see one standing on the south side of the street. It is bright and shiny. Also some brown horses that never seem to move.

Are you referring to those things that they had to call 'shakes' and not 'milkshakes' due to the fact that there was not so much as a single drop of milk in them?

What was in them Alex?

What is....overaged french fry grease???

That unicorn bacon does sound tasty...:nest:
