Has anyone had experience handling and/or shooting both the Czech-made CSA Vz.61 AND the Yugo-made Zastava M84?, as I'd be very interested to know a comparison between the two, quality-wise. i.e. Do they both use machined parts and stamped parts for the same components, overall fit and finish, etc? Is there a different way the receiver is made with either (i.e. maybe forged vs cast?)? Would-be Skorpion newb is keen to know.

BTW, Does BOTH CZ and Zastava manufacture this rifle currently? I thought perhaps the Zastava M84 version had taken over from CZ (and that CZ had ceased production of their version of the original Skorpion?) but it seems a stream from both manufacturers is still coming over here. (I know CZ is the original mfg, not looking for a history lesson, just wondering if both places are still cranking them out. I know CZ is also producing the newer Evo version, which is pretty neat looking, albeit not as tiny as the original.)

Cz does not make them anymore so they sold their tooling to zastava who makes them but i think from what I recall Tac Imports stated on the first batch of m84 skorps was they aren't making them either.
I HAD 2 cz91 skorpion in 380 auto and to be honest they are identical to the zastava ones (minus the caliber of course).
The CSA are newly manufactured like their rifles so I'm not to sure on the quality of those.

Too bad... Would've been a perfect lunch. When Skorpion first showed up at CGN, my question was whether it would come with a NR barrel like BRS99! My question was replied with another question, is 32acp powerful enough to make it out of the long barrel? I didn't bother to reply to that Einstein but in my understanding it's should or some one would have to stand with metal bowl in 10ft to catch the bullet.
