From what I read in another extensive thread on the subject (that Spawn and others were detailled in) it can be as cheap and simple as a clean #5 plastic tub (margarine container) with clean cast rounds and some powder coat in it, swirl it to make static so the powder sticks to bullet, and then bake (outside) in a $10 garage sale toaster oven. As already grazed on, no need for wax or liquid lubes, and helps to eliminate leading. Plus, you can make bullets look like the amazing technocolour dreamcoat, which I'm pretty sure makes them faster. Probably more accurate and deadly too.
I've ordered some powder coat from the link in that thread (didn't see it - was it in the bullet making forum?) and am going saleing tomorrow to find a toaster oven, and will be trying this for 3 calibers I reload for.
