I wouldn't think there would be any issues using it? I could tell you for certain but I'm still waiting on my grizzly.

I love box mag. If remington had one with a 12 inch barrel I wouldn't have bought the grizzly

Question 2. My 12.5 grizzly measures 33 inches overall. I'd like to be able to fit it in a backpack for when its not needed, I bought a folding stock to try, but holding the folding stock up to the receiver the overall length would be 23 inches which I believe is worth prison time if I don't reclassify. What would be the best way to make the grizzly a backpack gun, if I get a 16 inch barrel put on and the folding stock the overall length would be 26.5 inches, would that be alright? Is there a better way? I kind of wish I could fold it in half like the keltec su16

You could get yourself a scabbard which it will snugly fit in
