Walther pistols preferance, old or new

is it just me, or do others find the new style Walther pistols cringe worthy? Considering the sleek ppk, I find the new models to be the ugly offspring. So what do you guys think, old style or new?
(ps. I wish they'd make a real ppk in a Canadian legal size. )
 
I like the look of the PPQ and the trigger, ergonomics and accuracy are nice as well. I like the look of the PPK but I've never shot one and don't have much interest in the 9mm short. Maybe a .22lr.

Aesthetics can be widely agreed upon but there is always personal bias.

For example I've always found the P1 to be rather homely and awkward looking.

that is what i think of HKs too.

i love the old walther's for sure, but i also think the P99AS is the nicest handling (and one of the nicest looking) polymer guns available.
