Alright Now Here It Is, So Quit Yer Whining!

I think my transaction was complete 3 mins after the OP. tbh I prefer the aesthetics and fixed front post of the v1 better than the v7, but im not complaining. literally saw both OP's about the DD sales within the first minute of them being posted, regret not jumping on the v1 but so excited for my sleek v7

You may have me beat. I think I ordered 5 minutes after the OP.

I won,t tell her if you don,t and rumor has it that Grumpy can be "bought" so you may be safe, just so long as you keep them lay-a-way plans current and continuous. Seriously, treat your dear wife to a candle lit supper and send me the bill, if not outrageous I may credit it to your next lay-a-way purchase :)

Thats super nice of you... we are not big on overpaying for meals anyhow, so you should be safe there.

I did and I'm not regretting it , starting to think I should have just grabbed one of the scope/ mount combos while I had the chance!

Noooo... I just received my DDM4V7 from Wolverine. I wanted the 2014 version with the DD furniture so they assembled me a 2013 with the furniture but if I had waited I could have saved some money and have both furniture! Ah you win some, you lose some! Happy with the rifle so far anyways!

Ok... Shopping for ammo now.... what gr does this 1/7 twist barrell seem to like the best,... will it like bulk norinco 55gr ???

I've shot LOTS of Norc ammo out of my DD and never once had any issues with bullets keyholing (sp?) etc. From yellow box, white box and paper wrapped, all went bang. Good plinking ammo for me. Others may disagree with the use of Chinese surplus and they're free to do so.

I would agree completely with you. Been using various Norc ammo for years and have always found it to be a decent reliable ammo and in a lot of cases better than some of the north American offerings.

I love my v7. I paid about 300 more for it but it was worth every penny. Best rail ever.

Woot woot... I got to visit the store in person today... Dream come true... Great store, wonderful staff. Aces!!!

Aaaaand I finally got in on the DD sale. Last one was gone before I even opened my mail.

I am sorry but are any of these piston driven? It doesn't look like it and there was only 1 break down so I assume that they are all gas. I already have 2 gas dominion arms (beginner rifles) gotten good n cheap. Now looking to upgrade. Is sale still on?

DD doesn't make a piston driven gun. Design has worked really well for 60 years why change it now...we still have the V7 model on sale, it is the 2013 with the magpul stock on it, great rifle for a great price.
