Hey All,

I am looking hard at this gun. I will only be using it for hunting. (I am cross eye dominate so a lot of trap is not in my future).

I was hoping people could comment with first hand knowledge about the gun

I've got one in 12g and really like it. The craftsmanship is very nice, great trigger, and I find I get a great cheek weld with it. The only downside I found to it is that it weighs only just over 7lbs. For hunting this is probably great, but after 30 to 40 rounds at the range, my shoulder gets a little sore.

Being cross-eye dominant should never hinder your shooting as long as you have the right equipment. In this case, a pair of shooting glasses and a piece of scotch tape will solve your problem!

As for the CZ Redhead, they are a decent Turkish made entry level over and under. I've owned both a Redhead and a Ringneck (which is a side by side), and was happy with both.

I also have one in 20 gauge and it's a great gun. I am currently selling mine, but it's only because I'm doing more goose hunting. Huge plus is the ejectors, as you don't have to mess with prying shells out. I've shot 50-60 rounds in an afternoon, and at least with the 20 gauge it doesn't beat your shoulder up.
