I have used IMR 7828 with 140gr ballistics and 160gr accubonds with unsatisfactory results.

Also have used RL22 with the same bullets and same results.

I have also used CCI 200 large rifle and Winchester large rifle magnums with this two powders.

I have worked up my loads and my best groups are like 2''at 100 yards, the rifle is a CZ550, i thinl this rifle should do better than this.

the reason i say it should do better it's because my other CZ550 in a 9.3x62 shoots sub M.O.A .

I have 3 more powders to try (IMR 4350) (H 4831) (RL 25), my primary bullet will be the 160gr accubonds , if they don't work out i will have to use the 140s.

My question will be directed to any person that reloads for the 7mm Rem Mag, from the 3 remaining powders what would you choose for the 160 grainer.

From Sierra with 160's:

Hunting Load: H4831 SC/ 63.6grs. 3000fps/ 3198ft. lbs.

and 140's:

Hunting Load: IMR-4831/ 65.0grs. 3200fps/ 3184ft. lbs.

Both loads are max for those powders; cut starting loads back by 5%

Use Magnum Large rifle primers too
 
Every powder you have tried or listed should work well. I think the issue is not your powder, but something with your rifle, scope, or load development.

I am inclined to agree with GH on this one.

I have yet to see a 7mm Mag that would not shoot the 160 with RL22 into less than 2" [usually much less]

If both the 160's and 140's are not performing, I would be looking at something other than the loads.

FWIW, My test load for any "new" 7mm Rem Mag is as follows. WW brass, WLR primer, 64 grains of IMR4831 behind a 150 Ballistic Tip seated .020 off the lands.
If this does not group under 1½ moa, something is amiss.

Every 7mm RM I have owned and/or loaded for shot very well with IMR7828. So something seems funny with your situation. Out of the powders you list (I've used all of them in the 7mm RM), I would try them in this order:
RL25, H4831 and the IMR4350.

I used to use F215, but am now using Rem 9 1/2 primers and I am very pleased with the results.
 
...160 gr. Sierra SPBT, 65.0 gr. H4831 (regular or SC didn't matter), Federal Magnum primers, WW cases, FL sizing, and trimmed cases...used this for 25 years, (2,000+ rounds?) until the throat tanked (duh)...MOA...Remington 700 BDL...there was a sweet load a couple of grains less as i recall...but this was tightest...Hodgdon Manual #26...

Well a CZ 550 should shoot better than that for sure.I load a 160gr Nosler Accu-Bond with 61gr /IMR 4350 in Win brass getting .439 3 shot groups at 100 yards.Harold [Fed mag primers]
 
I've loaded 140 Gr Accubonds for my 7mmRM, and used the Nosler recommended "most accurate powder", VV N165. When I tried the 140 Accubonds I tried 0.5 gr below the most accurate charge weight, the most accurate, and 0.5 gr above the most accurate. The charge weight listed as most accurate was indeed the most accurate.

I'm currently using 160 Gr Partitions. I never did any load development, just picked the most accurate powder (also VV N165), and the listed most accurate charge weight, and found the accuracy perfect for my needs.

I am surprized that Reloader 22 is not working for you with the 140 gr bullets, I got good accuracy and velocities with it my guns. I only load 160-168 gr bullets in my 7mm REM MAG these days using Retumbo exclusively, I would start with the Reloader 25 when loading for the heavier bullets just because of its slower burn rate. All so there are many other factors that contribute to accuracy that you need to explore before eliminating a powder, such as C.O.L. and even bullet choice!

The 140s i started at 64gr to 69gr with the 7828 and the RL22 at .020 off the lands.

the 160s i started at 60gr to 66gr with both powders too, and also .020 off the lands.

Increments of .5gr, this Technic has served me well with other calibers.

If you haven't already, look into your mounts and rings, action screws, a different scope, bedding and the crown. A 7mm that won't shoot ballistic tips or Accubonds better than 2" (and that's the best?) likely has something holding it back. It doesn't necessarily have to be big or expensive.
