not sure if this belongs into this forum, but it looks so much like my Enfield No4 Longbranch.

Acquired an AIA B10 rifle today in 308 Winchester caliber today.
The rifle is in excellent condition, and seems to be very well made.
How common are these rifles?
What can you tell me about it's value?

Thanks

I don't think they are super rare, but they don't show up to often. I have two, an M10 #4, MK4 Classic and the M10-B1 Sporter. Are you sure yours is a B10? There was none labeled like that, that I am aware of. I'm thinking an M10-B1. Prices are in the $800. to $900. range. I purchased both mine for about $850.00 each.
After I get back from Vacation next week I will be putting the B1 Sporter up for sale for $850.00. I purchased it first and then came across the M10 #4 which has the full military wood in teak. Nice rifles in my opinion. The M10 No4 is quite accurate and I have not fired the B1.

Not rare, but not commonly available. AIA stopped production for a while and I think I heard they have resumed but not for export, they are selling all they can make in their home market (Australia.) They weren't cheap new and most people who bought them here are happy with them so they don't sell them.

I haven't heard that these are available again in Australia. Actually they were a disappointment here. Unreliable feed and ejection and no parts back up.

Thank you for your replies.
I will go to the range today to see if I like it, if not I will put it up for sale.
Cheers

They're an excellent well made rifle. Accurate as hell too.

The only thing they don't have is history like virtually any other Enfield does.

A lot of the owners that have them own them because of the 2 mags that come with them...

Shot the rifle today...
Man is it ever accurate.
I had the 50m rage available, and my first 4 shot group was less then 1/2 inch (one hole group with open sights).
Considering my limited skills, that's amazing.

What were you using for ammunition? I have one full length and two of the short wood version. Too busy to take them to the range. Terrible eh.

Very nice rifle for sure if you got a solid reliable one as it seems you have. If you paid in the $800 range give or take you should be pleased.

I paid much less than that :)

My reloads, consisting of 155grs sierra palma match over 41grs varget in a Winchester case with federal primers.
