Ithaca m37 homeland security

Do these exist in Canada? If so, where would a guy be able to acquire one?

*Edit* - I see I made a typo in the title of the thread. The Ithaca I am looking for is called the homeland security model, not homeland defense as I put in the original title.

They carry the 5 and 8 shot "home defense" model. These are slightly different than the homeland security model, which I believe is now discontinued. I would prefer the homeland security model, though I'm not opposed to the home defense model if the former is not available anywhere.

Yeah sorry, worked a double and was too tired to think!

They stopped making that model when they went out of business under the last owners at least 10 years ago.

A couple of years back I tried to find a used short barreled Model 37 for a decent price, and the best deal I found was having Sharp's Guns in Ontario put one together a frankengun out of old stock.

Put a wanted to buy add out for a cut down 37 or you can get a standard 37 and shorten the barrel.
I don't see as many 37's as a few years back on the EE but they used to go for around $300 shipped for a good one.

The new Ithaca's are close to a grand.
