got out an email into fab to see if they have any more unflutted you never know. How would they compare to say the shilen I wonder? mystic is out of stock on them and while I can get it from Brownells it's a nuisance doing all the export paperwork and then waiting for approval.

Dlask 18.5" with the Extreme chambering in Bull is a nice canadian made option as well.
wont run ya as high as some of the others but probably isnt as nice either.
i have one and love it.

I dont know about Shilen but a 1/2" group at 50 with my rifle using federal bulk is a breeze...i have the paper to prove it. i have the works poured into this rifle and i can say that the barrel is doing it's part, i have the 18.5 flutted...shilen vs kidd? the question has been asked before:

If i didnt see the need to use stingers/velocitors or CCI segmneted HV's i would swap out the barrel on my other rifle for a KIDD, but...those rounds just dont fit in the chamber, and it would be a waste of a barrel anyways

Barrel arrived in the mail today, and I must say my first impression is - awsome. Great machine work and detail on the muzzle wow. I hope it shoots as good as it looks. Hopefully I can get it built before Sunday and a trip to the range.
