The Beretta CX4 Thread

My 9mm was among the first batch brought in from Wolverine way back. Still going strong and still a lot of fun to shoot. I recently bought it a friend... a storm in .45ACP. May investigate a .40S&W model later.. maybe in NR.

These carbines are a lot of fun and the non-existent recoil makes them enjoyable for the women to shoot too and get used to something more than a .22 without the noise of an AR. It's worked really well here :)

My father is looking for a cx4 in non-restricted, preferably somewhere he can go and pick it up. He really wants to buy a cx4 and a 92fs or something with an interchangeable magazine and ammo... Any suggestions? We're in the lower mainland in bx... Tried wholesale sports, international, reliable,Italian sporting goods, lever arms, hub, Marstar's website.... Anyone? Or have any info on how much to get a gun re barreled and reclassed or anything, what that costs?

Just had mine re-barrelled to Non Restricted. Had a bull barrell put on, and reclassified at Bits of Pieces in Delta BC.
It cost about 5 bills.
Well worth it!
i'm looking for doing the sameting , nr and heavy barrel at Bits of Pieces.
Could you put a picture of your storm? How is the feeling With a longer and heavier barrel ? I'm not sure if i should take it threated for muzzle break...???

Here ya go.....

9mm CX4 rebarelled to Non Restricted, with the bull barrel. I don't mind the extra weight at all, seems better balanced somehow, and I think it looks better too.....but if it bugs you, get Barry to flute the barrel.
