I don't understand there pricing you can het a case of 12 1lbs containers for $99.99 and then a case of 24 1/2lbs containers for $149.99. but 24 1/2lbs equals 12lbs and you are paying $50 more for the exact same weight so you are paying $50 more for plastic containers and a little more German Aluminum Powder. It is a no brainer to buy a case of 1lb explosives.

I believe it's all packaged by hand so that would explain the price difference. It takes 2 times as long to package the same amount of explosives.

Have any of you guys tested this stuff out yet? If so any feedback?

I've used gryphon, tannerite and shockwave.

The shockwave isn't very reactive and I had a couple duds when I shot them. Tannerite works but for whatever reason Gryphon Energetics is more reactive and makes the biggest boom. I suspect it's due to more aluminum powder.

No it's all automation packaging from what the manufacturers have told me when I was inquiring about being a distributor.

The reason I think they have a bigger boom is they are using potassium perchlorate instead of ammonium nitrate.

Question,

Do I have to shoot it right away after shaking it all up?

Here's my vision:

We do a christmas shoot at the farm every year, and this year i want to make snowman with binary targets in them. So if i make the snow man in the morning will the targets be fine to shoot in the evening?

Its just moisture i need to concern myself with? Not the product settling?

I don't think it will settle itself out unless it gets shaken/vibrated (as it would in transport if you shook it and home and drove to the range). If you are putting it in a stationary snowman I doubt settling would be an issue
