ACR is comparable in build quality to which brand AR15?

How do you compare them?
I have an ACR and 5 AR's and love them all.
Go handle an ACR then you'll know. AR's all feel similar depending what furniture they wear.

I definitely not looking to compare feel. I do badly want to shoot one. . Although, I was curious about the ACR because i was specifically looking to avoid a bullpup.

I talking about parts breakage or early wear after use or trips to gunsmith to fix something that wasn't made rifht in the first place.

I would expect a daniel defense to be good from day 1 and an increased chance of say a sabre defense rifle of having something out of spec or break.

So where does the ACR stand?

My ACR was great, I had around 5000 rounds through it, maybe more. It was the only semi-automatic rifle I've ever owned that never had a malfunction. Recoil was smooth and the rifle had great ergos. My only gripe was that it was long, heavy, and had no support for it, eg. barrels and conversion kits.

Build quality is excellent. I have yet to have a rifle-related malfunction (ammo and mag malfunctions obviously happen on any rifle) of any kind in over 8000 rounds, which I consider pretty amazing. No internal parts have been replaced, and even after 8000 rounds none appear to be worn anywhere near replacement. I figured I will break some bolt parts and other small parts eventually, so I have them on hand.

I have been at VERY muddy rifle courses where lots of ARs went down (Noveskes included), but my ACR didnt miss a beat. When I say muddy, I mean it.

I don't own one but I did get to run one for an afternoon. I have to say.. I liked it. To me I would think it's as good as any other mainstream built AR by RRA, Colt, Armalite, Bushmaster, DPMS etc etc. Fit & finish is very good on the one I tried and it shot well and with no issue (range was only 50m and we were running & gunning so we never benched it).

I want to run this range on a full 8hr course of fire.

There better be crawling and prone shooting involved too.

No prone shooting, but mud up to you shins. If I hadent had to get back in my car, I would have hit the deck and really see what the rifle could have taken.
