Hey Rob,
I took him down with a 7mm Rem Mag. It was one hell of a hike up the mountain to get him but well worth it!
 
So that's all there is to it, find a nice spot to camp, get up in the morning go for a little walk, shoot a Boone and Crockett stone sheep. Count me in! Nice work and AWESOME sheep

No he's from BC now living in Ab, and he's crazy about sheep.
He sent me the pic, on Aug 19 the day before I left to go on my big horn hunt
I spent 11 days on a solo hunt, clouded out for half of it, passed up 3 legal rams
Going back out in 6 days for a 12 day hunt ...
I'm looking for a hog like you have there...

I would like to be the first to say I'm sorry for the disease that you probably now have
The sheep hunting disease, you're goin to have sleepless nights, your bank account will never be the same
Your wife and friends will think your crazy, you will spend a lot of time looking up ultra light gear, and testing this gear, just when you think you got your pack dialled in, you don't , you'll need something new...
